You will find iRise where World Class Speakers meet authentic dedication to lasting change.

What makes us different?

Speakers.

Our speakers are not just good, they are the best. If they haven’t spoken in 100+ schools or have not been recognized by a Nationally Accredited organization for exceptional ability to speak publicly; you won’t find them at iRise.

Science.

iRise events are not another school assembly. We use refined techniques backed by Ivy League research and decades of experience working with students. If something is ineffective or inefficient; you won’t find it in an iRise event.

Intention.

Our mission is clear. We are the enemies of gimmicks and are interested in nothing other than results from our work. Measurably improving morale and academic engagement by way of better habits is our game.

Feedback.

Our team is constantly processing feedback from students, teachers, administrators and parents; both subjective and objective data. If one day goes by when we have not made an adjustment to improve, we have not done our job.

Systems.

While an iRise event may feel like an impromptu party or pow-wow, every second of every minute is plotted to a T. We have an evidence-based system to go with each and every engagement that ensures a world-class experience for every person in the room.

Love.

Many programs and events targeted towards students are labeling themselves with buzzwords like “mindfulness” and “social emotional learning”. Some of these programs may have sincere intentions, but many are looking to capitalize on the current state of the world. Every member of our team has done and would continue to do their job at iRise for free. It is the love of the process, the students, and the hope for a happier future that drives this initiative.

How it all started…

Our techniques work.

Participating in iRise event exercises helps students do better in school and attend regularly. Those who don't participate struggle more with grades and attendance compared to those that do.
