Life is full of tough questions, and even tougher decisions. In a world that is growing more complex by the day; the need for young people to prepare themselves with adaptive tools is greater than it has ever been. The vast majority of people in the United States do not set specific goals for themselves, and the ones who do, tend not to have a system in place to accomplish those goals. During the Habits 4Life event, we help students ask, and learn to answer; the questions that matter for a successful adult life.

Who am I?

What do I desire?

How can I be sure of what I want?

What do I have to do to earn what I desire?

How can I make a plan for the future?

What habits should I learn that will get me closer to my goal?

90 Minutes

In less than 2 standard class periods, we bring students on a life-changing journey. Every student participates, every student is heard, and every student leaves with a plan for their future.

The fact of the matter is this; students who actively participate in the habits included in iRiseU programs are far more likely to have improved attendance and academic performance than students who do not. Studies from Harvard, Yale, Oxford, Columbia, and countless others have demonstrated the relationship between the behaviors emphasized during our events; and Student Morale, Academic Performance, and Engagement during Education.

These findings are confirmed by our own data, as well as what millions of career educators have known for decades; Happier Students Learn More Effectively. You can review over 100 academic studies illustrating these relationships, including 20 Ivy League entries here.
